Time for a Change

Brrrrrrrrr! Winter is cold in Saskatchewan. To survive, animals must change the way they behave when temperatures are freezing and little or no food is available.

Some animals just move somewhere else for the winter. Those that stay must change their dietary habits, find ways to stay warm and learn to avoid hungry predators in the snowy environment.
